THE COMPANY
Mountain High Management was founded in 1995 by audio engineer George Gorga and multi-platinum selling singer/songwriter and ARIA award winner Margaret Urlich.
The company offers clients a compelling combination of technical know-how, operational and logistics experience at large-scale, high-pressure events and creative skills that go beyond technical mastery into the realm of art.
We manage all aspects of sound design and direction for theatre productions, festivals, live-to-air television broadcasts, national sports events, corporate functions and fashion launches.
GEORGE GORGA
George launched his career in the entertainment business in the late 1970s setting up sound systems for live performances by rock bands. He attended the School of Audio Engineering in Sydney in 1980. For most of the 1980s and much of the 1990s, George was on the road in Australia and overseas honing his skills working with numerous touring bands and solo artists, working as a sound systems engineer.
George was increasingly in demand to record and mix and, in some cases produce, the music of several top performers. He also began to apply his experience to sound design and production for a growing variety of clients and events.
